Technician Registry
ALL LEVELS of technical experience can be listed on this registry to help the quilting community locate technical help for their machines.
This is a complimentary service for the quilting community.
While MK Quilts hosts this platform, it invites all retailers and independent technicians to register or make use of the resources available. If you are a retailer who only services machines you have sold, this is NOT intended for you.
MK Quilts provides a "Machine Owner Technical Training" program, and participants can list themselves as technical resources for basic timing and servicing. The Guided Support status enables them to contact remote certified technicians for additional issues. This initiative is a collaborative effort to particularly support the widespread longarm community.

Are you looking for a local technician?
It's best to begin by contacting the retailer from whom you purchased your machine, as they are compensated to offer you support through their profit margins. However, we understand that this isn't always feasible. While most manufacturers provide a main support line, they typically do not offer field resources beyond the retailer network.
This program is set to launch in January 2025 and will likely require several months to compile the list. Eventually, we will implement an automated filtering system based on zip codes, but for now, we will provide a downloadable list organized by state.
If you want assistance, MK Quilts can be contacted by emailing support@mkquilts.com
This link will be active in February 2025.
Do you want to offer your technical skills to others?
You are not required to disclose your personal email or phone number unless you choose to. We recommend creating a separate email account, and we can assist with setting up forwarding if needed.
You don't have to be a certified technician or associated with a retailer. Your qualifications will be presented to potential customers, allowing them to make a decision. Not all actions "void warranties."
