Phone/video service calls are free for the first hour for MK Owners and ESP members. See "Where did you get your machine?" below to see if this applies to you.
Include diagnostic time. Billed as a first hour, then half-hour increments.
Onsite appointments have a 2-hour minimum billed duration to cover travel and scheduling.
Installation includes mounting your machine onto the frame. Lighting systems and secret drawers may require additional labor charges.
The first 15 miles (30-mile round trip) are included. Distance is measured from the technician's home base or last appointment, which may reduce your mileage if appointments in your area are grouped together.
