Handi Quilter surprised us with an early rollout of about 30 machines in February almost 6 weeks ahead of schedule. MK Quilts saw 14 of these machines go out to our customers across many states in a short period of time. Half of these installations were done by the customer without us having many of our planned processes in place, so this website has been created to share the latest information needed to insure that all systems are installed to the highest standards.
You may schedule a time for a technician to get on a video chat to assist you with doing the final software updates and validation of the system.
You must install the Machine Firmware v1.94 before installing Pro-Stitcher v913, if not already installed.
Machine Firmware updates are performed through the virtual machine control panel.
Pro-Stitcher updates are best done through the 'update' button on the 'File' tab.
You should make a backup copy of your C:\Designs folder before installing new versions of Pro-Stitcher.
Please shut down and unplug the machine and PS motor tray for a full minute after doing the updates. The Infinity28 front button must go out.
